choose your battles wisely

There is a cliché expression “choose your battles wisely”.

Nowhere this is as true as in human relationships.

Friendships, business partnerships, romantic & family relationships

Challenges are inevitable in any relationship. That’s not a problem.

The problem is that not everyone is willing to show up for the relationship, when things go tough.

The persistent part of us may want to keep going extra mile, keep fighting for the potential of the relationship, and keep giving another person more & more chances with the hope for a positive change

Knowing when to accept that things are beyond our control, knowing when to let go and stop fighting for the relationship that has come to an end is CRUCIAL

And remember another cliché, which is equally true

“Relationships Are A Two-Way Street”
