About the Trainer

I am a TEDx & DisruptHR speaker, Life and Leadership Coach with over 5 years of experience, as well as the co-founder of Kaizen Mastery People Development Institute, based in Armenia.

I was also a registered coach and accredited trainer at PCA-Professional Coach Alliance (2017-2018). I have a BA & MA in Communications, as well as Leadership Development Programme Diploma, issued by Swedish Institute. 

Being a Global Facilitator at ChangemakerXchange, I was trained to deliver enriching online learning experiences for social innovators across the world. My training style is a combination of delivering valuable information, as well as eliciting deep reflection and creating a safe space for the collective intelligence of the group to come through.

As a coach, I have worked with entrepreneurs and managers, athletes and creative professionals and helped them gain self-awareness and fulfill their potential, while living a life of joy and balance.
