Possess deep HSE experience and proven skills in problem solving troubleshooting and debottlenecking issues with excellent leadership in multiple disciplines during construction, commissioning, and operation phases. Work experience includes Production operations, Construction work, Startup / Commissioning / Shutdown Activities, SWP, RA, JSA - JHA, PTW, HAZID, HAZCOM, SIL, HAZOP, HAZWOPER, EIA, Site Inspection, Safety Training and Safety Audits. Very familiar with the International Standards and codes (NFPA – API – EN– IP – BS – IEC – ISO – OSHA.USA – HSE.UK – GHS – OPITO – EPA – ANSI – ASTM ... Etc.). Professional Knowledge includes deep awareness of Environmental Management system (ISO 14001), OH&S Management System (OHSAS18001-ISO 45001), and Quality Management (ISO 9001).
