I start with great instructional design by first analyzing who the learners are, setting learning objectives and designing the course content using Blooms Taxonomy - taking learners from the low levels of learning (Remember, Understand) to higher levels of learning ( Apply, Analyse) and to the highest levels where needed (Evaluate, Create). My training style is highly engaging & interactive. I try to use real-world examples, case studies, scenarios & simulations. I try to draw out learners’ previous knowledge & experience and build new knowledge/ skills over that. I have a Socratic style of coaching - my approach is to help my students solve their issues & arrive at the answers by guided questioning & leading rather than giving them instructions & answers that do not force them to think & explore.
