Dr. Shiban Khan’s background is in strategic management and corporate social responsibility. She has a PhD in International Management from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, and a Master of Environmental Policy from the University of Pennsylvania, USA. She also holds a Certificate in Higher Education Teaching from Harvard University. As an academic, she has engaged with executive learners at several Universities worldwide, including the EBS Business School in Germany, Henley Business School at the University of Reading, Hosei University in Japan, IMD and the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland, and the Indian Institute of Management in Bangalore. As an ACC certified coach trained in the co-active coaching method, Dr. Shiban’s philosophy for leadership and professional development is based on the assumption that the coaching relationship is an active collaboration between two equals to meet the client’s needs. Co-active coaching is especially suitable in the context of leadership and corporate coaching to bring about lasting transformational change in companies by supporting executives and employees in realizing and fulfilling their full potentials and consequently thrive professionally.
