About the Trainer

Khulood is a passionate Sustainability and Social Impact trainer and advisor with over 15 years of experience in developing and delivering sustainability and corporate responsibility strategies across a wide range of organizations in the public and private sectors. She is well experienced in analyzing and measuring social impact, establishing sustainability frameworks and strategies, setting measurable targets and KPIs, measuring sustainability index, materiality assessment, stakeholders’ mapping, and SROI reporting.

Khulood is distinguished with her academic achievements; in addition to her BA degree in Environmental Science, she holds a Master’s Degree in CSR from the University of Nottingham and she is the first and among few Arabic-speaking certified practitioners in Social Return on Investment (SORI) from Social Value International (SVI).

Some of the organizations that she collaborated with in Jordan and the UAE are: Dubai Municipality, Ministry of Climate Change and Environment, Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) EMICOOL, Arab Bank PLC, Tkiyet Um Ali, Saraya Development Group, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank and Dubai Chamber of Commerce. As a result of her full dedication and support, these organizations have achieved major internal and external milestones in their operations, employees' loyalty, cost efficiency and customer satisfaction. To name some of these recognitions: The Arab Bank was awarded as “Best CSR Program in the Middle East” from EMEA Finance; Alserkal group and ADIB were granted the “CSR Label” for the years 2017, 2018 ; The Arab Bank was the only Jordanian organization ranked among the top 10 organizations in the Arab world in the S&P/ Hawkamah Pan Arab ESG Index. Khulood also served at the judging panel of different awards including: the Gulf Sustainability and CSR Award and Al Ahli Award for Social Projects.

Following her passion, she has provided several sessions at universities including: Dubai University, Modul University, New York University and German Jordan University. Her passion, academic achievements and everyday experience enriched her skills to deliver top notch training programs and consultancy services to governmental and private sector companies. Khulood makes sure to tailor each training program to meet the needs, expectations and background of each client. She also highlights the best practices in the local and global markets to benchmark with key players in this field.
