About the Trainer

I am a Certified Marketing Research and Insights Practitioner with more than 15 years of experience in the field across different countries and roles. My educational background has advanced my knowledge and professional skills; I completed Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Post-graduated Diploma in Applied Statistics, Insights Professional Certification (IPC) from American Marketing Research Association, now known as Insights Association and Professional Certified Trainer (PCT) from the American University in Cairo. Beside the educational background, I have wide practice experience in the marketing research given my work at both sides of the industry: research provider “research agency-side” & corporate researcher – “client-side”. Geographically, I had a chance to work and conduct marketing research projects in Egypt and Saudi Arabia. When it comes to the diversity of the practices, I have done different research types across various industries. My training philosophy and style relies on active learning approach and hands-on exercise. Offering a positive learning experience and practical exercises are vital to equip the trainees with the required skills and knowledge to improve their career path and life. I really strive to deliver such training service! I have noticed that some of the training topics are not widely available as a part of vocational study and learning, for such topics either the trainees would not afford it or it will not fulfil their needs (e.g. irrelevant program contents or long study period), which makes unpleasant trainee journey. I am taking this into account while designing my own training program. For example, Statistical Analysis for Decisions Making is a recent customized training program that I have designed and delivered for relevant target audience that addresses this issue. Furthermore, I am a writer for Quirks Marketing Research Review in the USA.
