About the Trainer

Performance Coach, NLP Practitioner, Facilitator and Consultant. With 16 years of experience in multi national organisations, 8 years in the commercial sector, and 10 years in talent development he has quiet the experience in providing training, consulting and workplace coaching.

Born in Kuwait, raised and schooled in Saudi Arabia, studied and received a Bachelor Degree in English Literature and Post Graduate Diploma in Adult learning from Zagazig University in Egypt, and lived in Qatar for the last 14 years, he has a rich multi cultural background.

Working in the corporate world, He has acquired experience in sales, event coordination, customer care, and learning & development; and conducted customized training courses in five continents. He has cumulated over 676 hours of technical training and 1424 hours of soft skills and people development training in Qatar and around the world.

As a life long passionate learner he has quiet the certifications and accreditations under his belt. He is an ILM accredited Work Place Coach, and accredited by GSNLP- in Bristol, The United Kingdom- as an NLP Practitioner. He has received an online certification in Organizational Analysis from Stanford University, and in Design Thinking for Business Innovation from the University of Virginia. He has also received a Diploma in Leadership and Management with a focus on Airline Leading Practices and Cost Reduction Strategies from the International Air Transport Association IATA & Harvard ManageMentor.

He is now preparing to obtain a certificate in Human Center Design under the UN University of Peace. His mantra as a people development facilitator and a coach is that he assists in creating innovative leaders for a better tomorrow.
